Workstation Introduction:

1. Material transportation

Hopper mixing device, spiral feeding, ensures the uniformity of material transportation, while initially compressing the material;

2. Roll forming

Constant roller pressure and roller spacing, the material undergoes final compression under the preset pressure and spacing of the process, forming a thin sheet shape!

The equipment adopts a roller pressure automatic compensation control system, which ensures the smooth operation of the equipment with excellent performance for a long time: closed-loop control is formed between the control systems, which can achieve automated production.

3. Crush the pressed material and set a sampling port at the bottom for real-time collection, sampling, and testing of the material.

Two stage granulation can effectively reduce the content of fine powder in finished products.

The screen mesh can be replaced as needed to obtain material particles of different mesh sizes.

The D-type arrangement of the sieve can effectively increase the working surface of the sieve, improve the processing capacity and particle yield.
