Product Overview
The AHAI3002 noise and vibration analyzer is a handheld noise analysis instrument when paired with a microphone. It can simultaneously measure the total noise value, statistics, spectrum, and sound exposure. The measurement results can be saved inside the instrument or uploaded in real-time to a computer, front-end server, or cloud server through Bluetooth, RS485/RS232 interface. Widely used for measuring equipment noise, environmental noise, and other fields
Application field
Factory inspection, manual monitoring of environmental noise, and automatic monitoring of environmental noise for mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, household appliances, compressors, generators, gearboxes, etc.
Functional indicators
1) Microphone:
Level 1: AHAI5225 pre polarization test condenser microphone;
Level 2: AHAI5221 pre polarization test condenser microphone.
2) Measurement range: 25 dB (A) to 141 dB (A).
Note: The measurement range is related to the sensitivity level of the microphone. When the sensitivity level of the microphone is -34.0dB within this range, the lower limit of measurement with a 1-inch microphone can be below 17dB.
3) Frequency range:
1级: 10 Hz~20 kHz。
2级: 20Hz~12.5 kHz。
4) Frequency weighting: Parallel A, C, Z weighting.
Time weighting: Parallel F (fast), S (slow), I (pulse).
5) Accuracy:
Level 1: Complies with GB/T 3785.1-2010/IEC 61672-1:2013 Level 1.
Compliant with GB/T 3241-2010/IEC 61260-1:2014 Level 1.
Level 2: Complies with GB/T 3785.1-2010/IEC 61672-1:2013 Level 2.

Product Overview
After being equipped with a vibration sensor that complies with the IEEE1451.4 standard, the AHAI3002 noise vibration analyzer can measure the peak, peak to peak, and effective values of vibration acceleration, velocity, displacement, and vibration frequency simultaneously. It can be used for factory inspection, status monitoring, and fault diagnosis of various mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, household appliances, compressors, range hoods, generators, gearboxes, etc. It can also be used for measuring physical factors (hand transmitted vibration) in the workplace.
3) Main measurement indicators: Apeak’,a_rms,a_p-p,vpeak,v_rms,v_p-p,dpeak,d_rms,d_p-p,VLa,T,a_max,v_max,d_max,VLa_max,a_min,v_min,d_min,VLa_min, Frequency indication.

4) Recording function (optional): Sampling interval can be set from 1 second to 600 seconds
