This instrument is developed and designed for measuring directional bonding of sapphire ingots from multiple angles such as A, C, R, and M. It can also measure directional bonding of silicon single crystals, gallium arsenide crystals, and other crystal angles. It not only solves the problem of not being able to measure directional bonding of large-sized crystals on one machine, but also has a comprehensive accuracy of ± 30 ", ensuring the accuracy of crystal measurement and directional bonding. It is a new product of advanced electromechanical optical integration in China.

The up and down lifting system, front and rear feeding system, and diffraction measurement system of the instrument are all driven by stepper motors, which are easy to operate. The advanced PLC program is stable and reliable, with a low failure rate and can operate continuously without faults for a long time. The multi-point sensor limit device increases stability. The specialized two-dimensional fixture of the equipment has an adjustment range of ± 4 degrees, which can effectively meet the bonding orientation of ingots under 300kg. The operator can easily adjust the measured orientation angle. The specially designed symmetrical locking device can avoid fixture loosening caused by cutting or cutting. 360 degree rotation re inspection can be easily and accurately completed with just one click, effectively reducing the workload of operators and thus reducing the time required for single ingot orientation, thereby improving productivity.
