Small floating objects flow away smoothly, while large ones sink to the bottom and are discharged from the drain valve. The HDS-G tank type ultrasonic plug cleaning machine uses ultrasonic waves to generate vibration, causing the liquid to "cavitation". And generate strong mechanical force to peel off various dirt adhered to the rubber plug in a short period of time. Aerated stirring causes the rubber plug to flip inside the tank, floating objects overflow from the overflow hole, and settled dirt is discharged from the sewage outlet, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning. After drying and sterilizing, the cleaned rubber plug can be directly put into production.
