After sealing, the ampoule is vertically loaded into the leak detection machine input conveyor belt, and the bottle is driven by the bottle feeding tray to be transported to the detection tray. At this time, the bottle gradually changes from a vertical state to a horizontal rotating state, and then the bottle immediately enters the CH1, CH2, CH3, and CH4 high-voltage electrodes for a 100% full body inspection of the bottle. After inspection, the bottles are changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and then separated by a bottle tray. Unqualified products are automatically removed into a shallow tray for unqualified products, and qualified products are discharged into the next process.
