Atrazine flash dryer is a process in which hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through an inlet pipe at a suitable spraying speed, causing strong shear, collision, and friction on the material, resulting in particle size reduction and enhanced mass and heat transfer.

InAtrazine flash dryerAt the bottom, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically crushed by the agitator, while particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried up by the rotating airflow and further dried during the ascent process. Due to the rotating flow of gas-solid phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is higher, which enhances the mass and heat transfer between the two phases. Therefore, the production intensity of this machine is high.

Product Features

Efficient drying: The rotary flash dryer effectively crushes and disperses materials through high-speed rotating airflow and stirring blades, increasing the surface area of the materials and thus improving drying efficiency. The drying chamber has a high circumferential gas velocity, short material retention time, and can efficiently and quickly complete the drying process.

Wide applicability: This equipment is suitable for paste like materials, filter cakes, thixotropic materials, thermosensitive materials, as well as granular and powdered materials. Due to its efficient drying effect, it is particularly suitable for handling materials that are prone to spoilage or difficult to dry.

Compact equipment structure: the volume of the rotary flash dryer is relatively small, usually about 1/4 to 1/10 of the volume of the spray dryer with the same production capacity, which enables it to achieve efficient production in limited space.

Energy saving and environmental protection: The rotary flash dryer improves thermal efficiency and reduces energy consumption through efficient heat exchange and gas-solid mixing. At the same time, its enclosed operation design reduces dust leakage and has no pollution to the environment.

Easy to operate: The device has a simple structure, easy manufacturing and installation, and low maintenance costs. By adjusting parameters such as supply, hot air temperature, and classifier, the final moisture and fineness can be effectively controlled to ensure product consistency.

Preventing wall sticking and deterioration: A special cooling device and air pressure sealing device are installed at the bottom of the dryer to prevent material deterioration in high-temperature areas. Meanwhile, the special air separation device and pressure sealing device effectively prevent the phenomenon of material sticking to the wall.
