(1) The newly designed pre mold closing mechanism makes product retrieval more convenient, smooth, and efficient;

(3) The air circuit design separates the action and blowing, and operates low-pressure machinery (locking, sealing, and releasing the rod) to ensure smooth and energy-saving mechanical action. The multifunctional bottle blowing machine is a two-step plastic hollow forming equipment, suitable for blowing PET, PP, PC, PE, PMMA, AS and other beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, oil bottles, medicine bottles, drinking water buckets, space cups and other industrial and civilian food packaging plastic hollow containers.
Structure:
1. The main motor reducer adopts a torque limiting mechanism to prevent damage to the machine in case of malfunction.
2. Adopting a two time push bottle arrangement mechanism to ensure that each bottle dropping station has bottles and improve bottle output efficiency.
3. Use a hanging bottle mouth conveying duct to prevent bottles from tipping over during transportation.
4. Equipped with a bottle jam detector, it automatically shuts down and alarms when a bottle gets stuck.
5. There is a bottle free detector installed to send a working signal to the elevator, which will automatically replenish the bottles.
6. There is a photoelectric switch installed on the bottle conveying duct to control the start and stop of the bottle sorting machine.
7. The bottle sorting machine is equipped with an oil nozzle, which can easily add lubricating oil to gears, bearings, and cams.
