3、 The juice filling section fills the material into bottles filled with granules. The filling of juice is not blocked, and the bottle is not sprayed after filling.

4、 The screw cap part adopts advanced screw cap technology, and the magnetic screw cap head has overload protection function. The screw cap torque is stable and reliable, and the screw cap is tight and beautiful.

The whole machine adopts viewpoint detection to check the operation status of each component, with the characteristics of no bottle filling and no cap delivery. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel 304 material, with no hygiene blind spots. Easy to operate and convenient to maintain.

Note: For the specific characteristics, a stirring system is added to the filling liquid cylinder, and a blowing air is also added to avoid particle blockage of the return pipe, which affects the filling process. The filling liquid is more accurate and the particle filling is smoother.
