It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, easy control, and elimination of material static electricity. The high vacuum generated by the vacuum generator eliminates the phenomenon of layering in the incoming material, ensuring the uniformity of the mixed material composition. It is an automatic feeding device for equipment such as tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry granulation machine, packaging machine, crusher, vibrating screen, etc.

When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator will generate negative pressure to form a vacuum flow. The material is sucked into the suction gun, forming a material airflow, which passes through the suction tube and reaches the feeding bin of the feeder. At this point, the filter separates the material from the air. When the material is loaded into the warehouse, the controller will automatically turn off the air source, the vacuum generator will stop working, and the discharge door will automatically open to unload the material into the user's receiving equipment. At this time, the compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the quick release valve. When the set unloading time is reached or the material level sensor sends out a feeding signal, the feeding program will be automatically started.
