The vacuum conveying equipment consists of a lowering device, stainless steel suction gun, automatic control system, and other structural components. Working Principle:

After starting the EV series vacuum feeder, the vacuum host generates negative pressure, causing the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system to be in a certain negative pressure state. The powder and granular materials are sucked into the nozzle along with the external air, forming a material airflow, which passes through the feeding pipe to reach the vacuum hopper, where gas and material are separated. The separated materials enter the user's receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are achieved through the continuous opening and closing of a vacuum directional valve, which is controlled by a control system. The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air blowback device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse blowback the filter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter, ensuring smooth operation of the next cycle of feeding.
