The ZDCB-1 unpacking machine consists of a belt conveyor, a cutting blade device, a drum screen, a waste bag storage device, a dust collector, a chassis, etc. During operation, the packaging bags are transferred to the entrance of the chassis by the belt conveyor, slid down from the skateboard, and are cut into pieces by the high-speed rotating cutting blade group through the cutting blade device. The broken packaging bags and materials slide into the drum screen inside the chassis. The rotating drum screen guides the broken bags forward into the waste bag storage device, and the powder and granular materials fall into the hopper below the drum screen and are discharged.
