1. Preparation
(1) Check whether the electrical switches, instrument indicators, and equipment transmission are normal.
(2) Check if the bottle wheel clutch is in the normal position, and adjust it if it is in neutral.
(3) Close the power switch of the machine, turn on the speed control switch, and the fluorescent screen on the frequency converter operation panel will display the set frequency. At this point, press the RUN button to start the frequency converter and gradually increase the motor speed to the set value. Stop pressing the STOP key.
(4) Run the machine empty for 2 minutes first, check if the equipment and mechanical transmission structure are normal, and if the operating sound is normal before production can begin.
2. Driving
First, open the inlet valve to fill the liquid storage tank with water, open the salt free water valve, open the injection water valve, ensure normal spraying, turn on the water pump switch to fill the ultrasonic cleaning tank with water, adjust the inlet water to maintain a certain water level in the tank (it is strictly forbidden to turn on the ultrasonic valve before reaching the water level), and open the air valve. When the water level in the tank reaches the specified level, turn on the ultrasonic switch and the ultrasonic cleaning machine enters the bottle washing state.
(1) The operator puts the penicillin bottle into the bottle tray, turns on the speed control switch to set the speed to 10-26Hz (100-400 bottles/minute 7ML), and presses the RUN button to start production.
(2) When there is a stuck bottle situation, first press the STOP button to stop the car, check the stuck bottle area, clean up the broken bottles in a timely manner, adjust the bottle wheel, and then start production.
(3) Insert the penicillin bottle into the bottle wheel and track on the bottle sorting turntable, and it is strictly prohibited to pour the bottle into it.
3.Beer bottle washing machineprecautions
(1) It is strictly prohibited to turn on ultrasonic waves without reaching the water level.
(2) After production is completed, it is necessary to turn off the ultrasonic waves first and then drain the water.
(3) If the ultrasound does not work, please have a professional maintenance personnel inspect it.
(4) To adjust the production volume, please set the required operating frequency according to the frequency converter manual.
(5) It is strictly prohibited to pour bottles into the track.
