The brush bucket cap removal machine is composed of a 25 × 25mm stainless steel square tube welded frame, transmission mechanism, pneumatic reversing cap removal mechanism, electrical control, and water tank spray. It has the characteristics of smooth wear resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.

5. Pay attention to the power supply mode of this machine. N is the neutral line. After connecting the power, fill the water tank with water and confirm the direction of motor rotation. Then turn on the power switch on the panel and open the flip cover to test run.
6. The brush bucket lid removal machine is suitable for separating the lid and bucket of 3-gallon and 5-gallon drinking water recycling buckets. The separated lid is free from wear and deformation, and can be reused after disinfection, improving the utilization rate of the lid. This machine is powered by air pressure, which is safe and reliable. The rated gas source pressure is 0.5Mpa/cm2, the intake volume is ≥ 0.1m3/minute, and the cap removal rate is 200-300 pieces/hour. Connect the gas source, invert the recycling bucket, insert the bucket mouth into the cap removal head, and then press the foot switch to remove the bucket cap and slide it out of the chute.
