Can accurately measure the chlorine content of a solution. Capable of outputting4~20mAnalog signal, upper and lower limit alarm control signal,RS485 digital communication, displaying parameters such as temperature, residual chlorine value, time, and status simultaneously. It can be widely used for continuous measurement of chlorine content in solutions such as thermal power, chemical fertilizers, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, biochemical foods, and tap water.


Working principle of residual chlorine analyzerFirstly, the residual chlorine probe detects the instantaneous disinfectant concentration parameter values in various water treatment process systems and transmits them to the corresponding residual chlorine monitoring devices. Then, according to the requirements of the production process, high and low control points are set on the residual chlorine monitoring device. The monitoring device compares the input disinfectant concentration signal in the water with the high and low set values and outputs a switch signal or proportional control signal to the electrical control box. The electrical control box automatically adjusts and controls the dosing/metering pump to add disinfectant appropriately to maintain an appropriate concentration range.





Maintenance of the transmitter: The main task is to clean the transmitter, inspect its appearance, and check for any damage to the cables. The transmitter is an electronic device, and an unsuitable usage environment may cause damage to the transmitter.
1. Using the instrument in an environment above 60 ℃ may cause damage to the instrument.
2. Incorrect power supply or power fluctuations can cause damage to the instrument.
3. Collisions or drops of instruments can cause damage to the instruments.
4. Moisture, corrosion, and air pollution can cause damage to instruments.
Cleaning of transmitter: Ensure that the transmitter cover is tightly closed and use a clean damp cloth to wipe the outside of the transmitter.
Transmitter inspection: Regularly check whether the instrument is working properly, regularly inspect whether the panel, terminals, switches, buttons, etc. are dirty, and clean and blow them clean if necessary.
