Overview
The capsule dryer controls a fully automatic dryer. The principle is that after the capsule is formed, it is transported through a pipeline and dropped into the receiving tank of the machine. It then falls onto the conveyor belt (made of 304 stainless steel mesh belt) through a guide plate and is transported in a directional manner by a motor driven mesh belt. During the multi-layer transportation process, the capsule shell is intervened by a heating industrial dehumidifier to extract moisture from the internal air of the equipment and discharge the dried hot air to act on the capsule shell. Through this continuous circulation process, the moisture in the capsule shell is dried to achieve the required humidity and dryness of the workpiece.
