Main purpose:

Suitable for rolling materials such as Ophiopogon japonicus, jujube kernels, sand kernels, melon kernels, and loofah. But not applicable to rolled ores.

The machine has a beautiful appearance, compact structure, reliable rotation, easy adjustment, high work efficiency, low wear and tear, low noise, and is sturdy and durable, meeting GMP requirements.

Working Principle:

The motor is coaxial with the small pulley and transmitted through triangular tape to transfer power to the large pulley, causing the small pulley coaxial with the large pulley to rotate synchronously. The small gear meshes with the large gear, transmitting power to the rolling mill shaft. Through the meshing of the upper, middle, and intermediate gears of the rolling mill, the two rolling mill shafts rotate in opposite directions, thereby achieving the purpose of crushing materials. The gap size between the two rolling rolls can be adjusted by adjusting the bolts and springs to meet the different needs of users when rolling different materials.
