Instructions for Use

1. Before starting up, check that the cutterhead and blade are parallel and cannot be turned on. The copper column screw (used to rotate one circle in the thicker direction) must be adjusted to see that the blade is higher than the cutterhead before connecting the power and starting up. The thickness and thinness of the material need to be adjusted on the copper pillar screw.

2. Press the motor start button, wait for the cutter head to rotate normally, insert the medicinal herbs into the corresponding feeding hole for slicing, wait for the cutter head * to stop rotating, open the discharge port door to clean the pills.

3. Slice thickness adjustment: There is an adjustment handle above the cutter shaft. When in use, rotate the handle to adjust the thickness of the slice. The handle will rotate clockwise to increase slice thickness, and counterclockwise to decrease thickness.

1. This machine is suitable for indoor environments with temperatures ranging from -5 degrees to 40 degrees, relative humidity less than or equal to 90%, and no conductive dust or corrosive metal gases around it. It should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and clean location.

2. When in use, the machine should be placed on a stable workbench with no other unrelated objects around it. The power supply voltage should be confirmed to be normal, and the power socket should have a reliable grounding wire. It is strictly prohibited to pull or pull the power cord forcefully to avoid mechanical damage and other accidents.

4. During the use of this machine, it is strictly prohibited to directly insert hands, brushes, or other tools into the workbench to avoid accidents such as finger cutting and mechanical damage.

5. Before using this machine, with the small door closed, turn on the power, turn on the switch, idle for 30 seconds, and observe for any abnormal phenomena.

6. When slicing, attention should be paid to applying even force to ensure the uniformity, luster, and completeness of the slices. When cutting medicinal materials with high hardness, attention must be paid to the load of the machine and the bearing capacity of the blades to prevent damage to the machine due to excessive use.

7. If the sticky material is cut and the adhesive juice sticks to the blade and cannot cut out pieces, the blade should be removed and the adhesive juice should be ground off with an oilstone.

8. When slicing, if the material is too long, first press the material with your hand. When the material is cut below the worktable, use a press mold to press the material for slicing (if the sliced material is too short, the press mold must be used to press the material before operation, and direct manual operation is strictly prohibited to prevent finger cuts).

9. If the power cord is found to be damaged (with exposed copper wire), it must be purchased from the local office or factory and cannot be replaced with other power cords. Forced use: In case of switch or socket failure, the use must be stopped. It is strictly prohibited to change the circuit and continue using. The switch or socket should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner to avoid other accidents.

10. After slicing, the power must be cut off, the small door must be opened, and the material should be brushed out with a brush. After use, the blade should be cleaned, wiped with oil, and a protective film should be formed. When using it again, the blade should be disinfected with medical alcohol.
