The Chinese herbal medicine dryer is mainly suitable for drying, heating, and heat treatment of product test samples in industrial and agricultural production, scientific research, medical and health, laboratories, and other units. The temperature of this drying oven can be adjusted from 10 ℃ to 300 ℃, and the selected working temperature can be automatically controlled by the temperature control system inside the oven. Adopting a digital display temperature controller, it is sensitive, reliable, easy to operate, and has a more intuitive and clear digital display. This machine is equipped with a blower device, which allows air to enter the working room through the air duct, promoting the circulation and convection of hot air inside the working room, thereby achieving better temperature uniformity.

Operation process of Chinese herbal medicine dryer:

1. Storage compartment: The drying oven workshop is equipped with two air circulation shelves for storing materials, and the spacing between the shelves can be adjusted according to the size of the test substance.

2. Put materials in: When putting materials in, do not hit the sensor inserted into the working room to prevent damage to the sensor's temperature sensor head.

3. Turn on the power: The user should install an on/off switch corresponding to the current of the drying oven to supply this oven.

4. Set temperature: Set the temperature based on the customer's material.

5. Turn on the blower switch: When turning on the blower switch, the exhaust valve on the top of the box must be turned off.

6. Open the temperature display screen: This machine is a digital display temperature controller. When selecting to set the continuous temperature, press the temperature test setting number on the dashboard to the desired temperature number to start working.

7. Adjust temperature: When starting up, in order to obtain the accelerated heating time, the heating switch is turned to high temperature. Two sets of heaters are heated simultaneously. After reaching a constant temperature state, the heating switch can be turned to low temperature, leaving only one set of heaters working to save power consumption.

8. Open the ventilation port: Before starting up, unscrew the exhaust valve on the top of the box by about 10mm to facilitate the air inside the box to change and circulate, and to discharge moisture and exhaust gas.

9. Reduce temperature: Start reducing the temperature after the material is not well dried.

10. Turn off the power switch: Do not immediately open the door to retrieve materials after turning off the power.

11. Turn off the blower switch: Do not immediately close the exhaust valve on the top of the box after turning off the blower switch.

12. Take out materials: After turning off all switches, wait for a period of time before opening the door to take out materials to avoid burning your hands.
