The central drive of the clarifier scraper is composed of an asynchronous induction motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, gears, and a machine base. The motor deceleration device has sufficient output torque, with a rated torque greater than 1.25 times the scraping torque of the scraper, and is equipped with a scraper and pool bottom up and down adjustment mechanism to control the distance between the scraper and the pool bottom. This transmission device has high transmission efficiency, large torque, smooth operation, and low noise. A safety shear pin is installed in the sprocket of the gearbox output shaft to achieve mechanical overload protection function.

1. Walking: One end of the main beam in the upper part of the pool is equipped with a transmission device, and the other end is connected to the central support in the center of the pool and runs in a circular motion around it. The transmission device is a planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer that drives the walking wheel to rotate through chain transmission, thereby driving the beam to rotate.

2. Power supply: The collector device consists of a collector ring and corresponding electric brushes. The power cables and all control circuit wires are all routed through the bottom transmission conduit of the pool, passing through the hollow part at the bottom of the central support and connected to the collector ring, passing through the electric brush to the terminal block, and finally reaching the distribution box to meet the power supply requirements.

3. Mud discharge device: The mud collection tank is located at the bottom of the center of the pool. The scraper continuously collects the sludge in the sludge collection tank and discharges it outside the tank through the sludge discharge pipe.

4. Slag discharge device: The slag collection tank is located on one side of the tank body, and the bracket is fixed to the tank body by expansion bolts. The scraper plate is installed at a certain angle with the driving beam and fixed on the hanger. When the main beam moves, the surface floating slag is collected along the scraper plate towards the direction of the slag collection tank, and scraped into the slag collection tank by the scraper rake plate. It is discharged outside the tank through the slag discharge pipe at the bottom of the slag collection tank.
