working principle
The HG series rotary grille is mainly composed of a driving device, a rake tooth mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, etc. It is assembled into a set of rotary grille chains by one type of rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of water flow.

When the rake chain rotates to the upper part, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid material falls down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.

Electrical Control
