In addition, this method purifies the air in the pipeline with a small amount of supply and return air, which can greatly save energy. It is the development direction of clean technology and is also known as the fourth generation purification method.

The mature clean pipeline technology includes three purification treatment methods: full room purification, partial purification (including a combination of full room purification and partial purification), and clean tunnel. In engineering design, one or two purification methods should be selected as the design scheme based on specific circumstances.


Under the condition of meeting the process requirements, local purification methods should be selected as much as possible. Local purification is achieved using local purification equipment in general air-conditioned environments. Due to the fact that local purification equipment is generally produced by professional factories, with high equipment quality and the ability to accelerate on-site construction speed, this option can be given priority consideration in renovation projects.

When the purification methods cannot meet the process requirements, the purification method of whole room purification is used as the design scheme. This method aims to achieve the same cleanliness throughout the entire room, especially when the cleanliness level is high. The initial investment and operating costs are high, and the area of the clean room should be strictly controlled.
