Function Introduction:
The DGx pump head adopts a streamlined design and can accommodate three specifications of hoses: 14 #, 16 #, and 25 #. It has a wide flow range and a single channel flow rate of 8-593ml/min (speed control depends on the drive controller)
The roller material is 304 stainless steel, and the pump casing material is PPS, which is resistant to strong corrosion and can be used as an analytical testing instrument or as a complete set of peristaltic pumps.
Quick release card structure, simply press to pop out the card, allowing for quick card installation, replacement, or cleaning of the hose. Simply press in to restore.
The work roller is designed with 8 wheels, and the low wheel spacing can achieve low pulsation conveying to ensure high accuracy of flow. The card is equipped with a fine adjustment knob to adapt to changes in hose wall thickness, which can fine tune the flow rate and output pressure between channels.
You can choose the number of channels according to your own needs. We offer 4 specifications of 1, 2, 3, and 4 channels for you to choose from. The entrances and exits can be combined through three-way connectors to achieve doubled flow.
