Zhongyi Baikong Instrument Co., Ltd. focuses on the practice of automation control technology and has provided reliable detection instruments for online analysis, level, flow, pressure and other aspects of liquids for many years.
A complete dissolved oxygen measurement system includes a transmitter, sensor, and sensor mounting bracket.
DO570 Chinese dissolved oxygen analyzer is a high-performance dissolved oxygen analyzer with intelligent continuous monitoring. The transmitter features a color screen LCD display and a fully Chinese menu, capable of outputting RS485 signals and upper and lower limit alarm control signals. Simultaneously display parameters such as temperature, oxygen content, time, and status. It can be widely used for continuous measurement of dissolved oxygen content in various water qualities in industries such as power, chemical, environmental protection, medicine, and food.

All power and pipeline connections must comply with national and local standards. The front end of the instrument power supply must be equipped with an insulation switch or a circuit breaker.
For safety and to avoid interference from external signals on the instrument, the power cord of the instrument should be connected to a socket with corresponding specifications, ground wire markings, and electrical standards, and the ground wire must be well grounded.
The internal circuit of the instrument can be found in the wiring diagram, and the rated values of voltage and power can be found on the nameplate of the product. The user's power supply capacity must meet the requirements for normal use of the instrument.
1) Precautions for transmitter installation
Avoid direct sunlight and vibration of the transmitter;
The transmitter should be installed slightly above the operator's head up position for easy viewing of the panel or control operations; Leave sufficient space for the opening and maintenance of the transmitter enclosure.
2) Precautions for sensor installation
Install sensors at appropriate locations in the process to ensure representative measurement results are obtained.
Install the sensor in an easily accessible location for regular cleaning and maintenance.
Sensors should be avoided from being installed in locations where bubbles accumulate to prevent interference signals.
Install the sensor near a representative and well mixed sampling point, with a recommended maximum distance of no more than 1.5 meters (5 feet) between the sensor and the sampling point.
It is necessary to compare the readings of laboratory analyzers and instruments during calibration and normal use.
Incorrect sampling operation is a common cause of measurement data errors.
