Function description:

1. Using manual retrieval and placement of cassette bottles (1 bottle at a time);

2. The equipment is divided into two separate workstations for filling and plugging;

3. Pre disinfected cartridge bottles are manually placed into fixed slots, and automatic filling and vacuum plugging are performed by manual button operation.

Equipment features:

Driven by a fully servo motor, the lifting distance and speed of the infusion needle, as well as the addition of a plug rod and vacuum sealing, are used

The lifting distance and speed of the enclosure can be set and adjusted on the touch screen.

The filling adopts a domestically produced peristaltic pump (driven by a servo motor), and the adjustment of the filling amount can be set on the touch screen.

Special note: Due to the filling medium being an aqueous solution, it is not possible to completely eliminate bubbles after vacuuming and plugging,

There will be a small bubble between the rubber stopper and the liquid surface.

Single chamber and double chamber cartridge bottles can be filled with stoppers (programmed according to the specific process flow and requiring replacement of specification part molds).
