Function description:

1. Using manual insertion and removal of syringes (1 at a time);

2. The equipment is divided into two separate workstations for filling and plugging;

3. Filling: put the pre sterilized syringe into the fixed tank manually, and use the special ceramic rotary valve plunger pump for gel to vacuumize during filling.

4. Plugging: Manually place it into the fixed seat of the plugging station, and the rubber plug is sorted by a vibrating plate using vacuum plugging method.
