The laboratory corrosion-resistant vacuum pump diaphragm vacuum pump MP-301Z provides vacuum conditions for evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration, pressure reduction, and degassing, as well as solvent recovery, extraction of various highly toxic, flammable, explosive, strong acid, and strong alkali substances. In addition to being suitable for applications such as circulating water vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps, it is also used in fields such as medical and pharmaceutical product analysis and criminal investigation technology.
Diaphragm air pumpIt is a dry running vacuum pump, which solves the problem of chemical corrosion resistance of the vacuum pump. It is particularly suitable for situations that require resistance to chemical corrosion or long-term uninterrupted operation. All parts in contact with gas are treated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and reinforced with carbon fiber to ensure the pump's resistance to chemical corrosion. The diaphragm adopts a sandwich structure (i.e. multi-layer structure) to increase its toughness and strength.Diaphragm vacuum pump MP-301AIt is currently a cutting-edge product in the development of vacuum pumps and is increasingly widely used in China.
Replace circulating water vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps.
No working medium is required, and the working area has no friction.
Vacuum stability, easy to control vacuum degree, adjustable according to experimental needs.
All parts in contact with gas are surface treated with Teflon (PTFE), which has * chemical corrosion resistance.
The valve plate is made of imported materials.
SKF Switzerland * bearings, bass
German imported technology motor manufacturer, reasonable transmission design, self cooling exhaust system, capable of long-term continuous operation.
Small size, light weight, easy to move, and saves laboratory space.
● Convenient for repair and maintenance.
Diaphragm vacuum pumpMP-301Z parameters:
Diaphragm vacuum pump MP-301ZUsage:
1. Connect the power supply. Turn on the power switch. When the pump body is running smoothly, connect the air inlet of the machine to the pressure reducing device with a rubber hose and start working. If using a positive pressure airflow, one end of a rubber hose can be directly connected to the exhaust port of the machine to generate a stable airflow, which can be used for work.
When stopping the machine, first disconnect the pump from the pressure reducing device, and then turn off the power switch of the vacuum pump.
