The aluminum-plastic suppository production line has stable and efficient production processes such as strip making, filling, freezing, and sealing to complete the entire process of suppository making, with a production capacity of 8000-12000 pills/hour.

process flow

The rolled packaging material (aluminum foil/PE) is fed into the forming area through a clamping mechanism and undergoes cold forming mold → heating mold → support mouth mold → forming.

Filling

Embedded filling is used to fill molded suppositories in one go, with a filling accuracy of ± 2%. The filling material barrel is equipped with an electric heating and insulation system, an ultrasonic liquid level detection system, and a stirring motor at the top to ensure that the drug is in a uniform state. The drug in the material barrel enters the filling head through a high-precision filling pump, and after one filling, the remaining drug is circulated to the raw material barrel through the other end for the next filling.

Cooling and shaping

The continuously filled suppositories enter the cooling box for continuous circulation and uninterrupted cooling. The cooling box is equipped with a chiller unit outside, and the cooling air cools the suppositories in the cooling box through the condenser and cooling pipes in the cooling box.

Tail cutting

The cooled solid suppository enters the sealing area: preheating mold (preheating) → sealing mold (sealing) → coding mold (batch number) → triangular knife edge cutting process (cutting bottom edge) → dotted knife cutting (tearing line) → rolling cutter (trimming upper edge) → defective product detection → counting cutting+defective product removal.
