Reciprocating suppository production lineShell forming:

The rolled packaging material (PVC/PE) is fed into the forming area through a clamping mechanism, preheated by a mold, heated by a mold, formed by a mold, blown by a mold, and then formed by blowing bubbles.

Liquid filling:

Embedded filling is used to fill molded suppositories in one go, with a filling accuracy of ± 2%. The filling material bucket is equipped with an electric heating and insulation system, and the top is equipped with a stirring motor to keep the medication in a uniform state. The medication in the bucket enters the filling head through a high-precision filling pump, and after one filling, the remaining medication is circulated to the raw material bucket through the other end for the next filling.

Cooling and shaping:

The continuously filled suppositories enter the cooling box for continuous circulation and uninterrupted cooling, using a continuous circulation reciprocating track cooling to cool and shape the suppositories in the cooling box.

Tail cutting:

The cooled solid suppository enters the sealing area: preheating mold (preheating) → sealing mold (sealing) → coding mold (batch number) → triangular knife edge cutting process (cutting bottom edge) → dotted knife cutting (tearing line) → rolling cutter (trimming upper edge) → counting and cutting.

2. The equipment adopts PLC programmable control and human-machine interface operation, with easy operation, convenient adjustment, precise temperature control, and smooth operation.

3. The mold temperature is controlled by a temperature sensor and a microcomputer control system to achieve high-precision constant temperature control.

4. The inner wall of the storage tank is made of 316L stainless steel material, with appropriate volume, insulation and heating functions, and precise temperature control; The storage tank is equipped with a stirring device to ensure the uniformity of the medicine in the tank at any time; The liquid storage tank is connected to the filling mechanism through a pipeline, and the liquid medicine is insulated and circulated for transportation, ensuring the fluidity of the liquid medicine and meeting the filling requirements.

5. Adopting an insertable linear infusion mechanism, accurate positioning, no dripping or wall hanging; Single particle weighing 0.5-5g, filling error ± 2%.

6. Continuous cooling and shaping, the suppository shell can be fully cooled and shaped after infusion, achieving liquid-solid conversion.

7. Continuous tape production, continuous sealing, batch number printing during sealing process; The seal should be intact, the appearance should be neat, and the yield rate should not be less than 99.99%.
