SDCD-1 consists of a network chain conveyor, an automatic bag hook and unhooking device, a double blade cutting device, a guiding device, a waste bag storage device, a dust collector, a chassis, a control system, etc.

During SDCD-1 operation, the packaging bag is fed into the chassis by the mesh conveyor. The high-speed rotating cutter cuts the packaging bag on three sides, and the rotating hook automatically grabs the packaging bag, causing it to be transported along the designed track. Before the bag approaches the waste bag storage device, the hook automatically disengages, and the bag falls into the waste bag storage device. The waste bag is discharged from the chassis, and the powder particles in the packaging bag are discharged from below the chassis.

There are no sensors inside the entire device, ensuring the reliable operation of the machine.
