1. Three pitch options are available for all model sizes, providing users with a wide range of pressure and flow curve choices based on application and particle size requirements.
Our widest pitch rotor has a smaller helical surface, suitable for applications that require lower pressure and higher flow rate.
Our narrow pitch rotor has a larger helical surface, making it suitable for applications that require higher pressure and lower flow rates. The narrow pitch also provides optimal suction capacity.
4. The mid-range pitch provides a balance between pressure and flow rate between larger and smaller screw profiles.

Better self cooling capability, the dynamic ring before the machine seal is in the medium, the pressure load of the machine seal is balanced, and then loaded by a spring to maintain no leakage, while the force on the machine cover is small and the wear is also minimal. The material provides FDA compliance declaration.
