The LP series self-priming pump manufacturer $n $nLP uses an eccentric screw and a recirculation loop to generate the liquid ring required for processing inflatable products and creating vacuum.
LP seriesManufacturer of self-priming pump with induction wheel
The LP series self-priming sanitary pump is based on the SD series high-efficiency centrifugal pump, with a screw type inducer installed at the front end of its suction end. The clever design brings a device that can efficiently pump liquids containing a large amount of gas. This design allows the use of standard centrifugal pump components to match the pump with a specific working point, producing efficiency that was previously unavailable with liquid ring pumps.
LP uses eccentric screws and a recirculation loop to generate the liquid ring required for processing inflatable products and creating vacuum.
Product advantages
Flexible flow range ensures optimization for individual applications, with performance similar to SD series centrifugal pumps, capable of cutting impeller sizes to match required loads.
Surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m
Ideal choice for CIP reflux: capable of pumping fluids and entraining gases.
● High efficiency and low energy consumption: Due to the improved flow rate through the pump, the efficiency is 25-90% higher than traditional liquid ring self-priming pumps.
Low operating noise, compared with other liquid ring pumps, the noise reduction can be reduced to 75%, and the operation is as quiet as high-efficiency centrifugal pumps.
● Can achieve parts interchangeability with SD series pumps, reducing inventory by sharing parts.
Due to the open impeller design, small objects can also pass through the pump with minimal damage.
