The popular NASH AT two-stage vacuum pump series has provided reliable high vacuum performance for the power industry for over 25 years. The gas volume range is from 400 to 2800 ACFM (680 to 4750 m ³/hr), making AT's four vacuum pump models the ideal choice when you need a sturdy and durable machine to handle saturated process gases.




Specially designed for operation under harsh conditions

The AT vacuum pump series is our first generation two-stage pump designed specifically for condenser exhaust work. The AT vacuum pump includes a complete two-stage rotor designed to reduce the vacuum level to 0.8 in HgA (27 mbar abs). The absolute pressure is about 40% lower than that of a single-stage pump.

The AT liquid ring vacuum pump is designed for the chemical, petrochemical, and power industries. Its complete two-stage rotor, AT pump, can condense the steam generated by the process and recover or process them.

Conical port and rotor configuration

Nash's variable conical port design allows the compression force to counteract the weight of the rotor and shaft, thereby minimizing the operating load on the bearings. Variable ports optimize pump performance throughout the entire operating range. With continuous innovation, Nash's variable cone port design has the following characteristics:
