The rope series drilling tool is used to extract rock cores by directly lifting them back into the inner tube from the hole. The drill rod remains in the air until the drill bit needs to be replaced. This drilling method has significant cost advantages when conducting deep hole drilling tasks.
The rope double tube drilling tool assembly includes an inner tube assembly and an outer tube assembly. The collection of core samples during the drilling process of the inner pipe assembly is independent of the outer pipe assembly. The outer pipe assembly always wraps around the inner pipe assembly at the bottom of the hole during the drilling process. The inner tube assembly of a standard rope double tube drilling tool includes a head assembly, inner tube, snap spring seat, snap spring, and retaining ring. The outer tube assembly of the standard rope double tube drilling tool consists of the remaining drilling tool accessories: snap stop head, snap chamber, outer tube, seat ring, and stabilizer ring. The standard rope double tube drilling tool can achieve very ideal performance under most drilling conditions and is suitable for standard drilling diameters (B, N, H, P).
The rope three tube drilling tool can obtain relatively complete rock cores when drilling coal, mudstone or highly fractured rock layers. The semi closed tube will keep the core in its received state for loading into the core box or storing it for transfer to geologists. N. Both H and P sizes have three pipe drilling tools. When the core of the inner tube is full, the salvager will be placed into the borehole through a rope or steel wire rope, and then the entire inner tube will be salvaged up by a winch. After the inner tube assembly is salvaged, the inner tube can be inserted into the borehole to continue drilling.
