🛠️ Product Application

YTF filter is a heavy-duty, high-efficiency cylindrical air filter specially developed for self-cleaning pulse filtration systems. It is designed to be used in various environments with strict requirements for air quality, such as gas turbines, engines, and centrifugal air compressors.
YTF filters can be interchanged with products of the same specifications designed by other manufacturers without the need to replace the entire filtration system.

🔩 Structure Description

YTF filter is a cylindrical filter with evenly folded filter material. Both the inlet and outlet surfaces are protected by metal mesh screens, which ensure that the filter material maintains its shape under high-pressure pulse conditions. The upper and lower end covers of the filter are sealed with polyurethane casting.
The filter material is made of fine fibers and synthetic fibers containing resin, which are bonded together by a ring-shaped hot-melt adhesive between the inner and outer protective nets. This design feature prevents excessive displacement of the filter material due to fiber expansion in humid environments, and the uniform folding of the filter paper further ensures effective utilization of the filter material.
YTF filters can be specially customized according to customer requirements and use different performance filter materials to adapt to various environmental conditions.
The inner and outer protective nets and end caps of the YTF filter are made of special steel. If used in humid and corrosive environments, protective nets of other materials can also be provided according to customer requirements.

🧪 Testing Standard

The YTF filter was tested according to the ARAMCO (Saudi Arabia) NO.32-AMS-008 material application standard and passed the AFTL (American Filter Testing Laboratory) test in Kentucky, USA.
