The material is suspended in a fluidized state under the action of clean hot air flow (negative pressure), and its surface comes into contact with hot air *, which is uniformly heated and achieves the best heat exchange state, thus achieving * efficiency. The Y-PZ multifunctional laboratory fluidized bed is equipped with "top spray", "bottom spray", and "tangent spray" systems. Based on a universal fluidized bed system and replaceable process modules, it adopts three process operations of "top spray", "bottom spray", and "tangent spray" to achieve process objectives such as "granulation", "coating", "pill making", and "wrapping and coating".
