Overview
The extrusion rolling pellet (granulation) machine is a process of adding soft materials made by wet mixing granulators and other methods into a material bin, which is then pushed by a screw feeder and enters the extrusion bin. Under the extrusion of the extrusion head, the material is formed into cylindrical extruded materials of varying lengths through a porous screen plate arranged in the circumferential direction. After being stored in a certain batch in the storage bin, the extruded materials are added to the rolling pot at once. Under the action of gas buoyancy, centrifugal force, and friction force in the turntable gap, the shaping and rolling (granulation) functions are completed. The resulting particles are compact, dense, have high sphericity, and uniform diameter, making them particularly suitable for the preparation of high viscosity and high moisture content materials such as traditional Chinese medicine.
