FZ-400 type Chaitian type crushing unitSuitable for crushing traditional Chinese medicinal herbs such as rhizomes, vines, flowers, leaves, fruits, horns, etc. The fineness of crushing can be adjusted between 40-200 mesh.
The Shibata type crushing unit consists of an automatic feeding system, crushing system, screening system, dust removal system, control system, etc.
Working Principle:The raw materials are first crushed by a pulverizer and then sent to a cyclone separator under the action of a high-pressure induced draft fan. After passing through the discharge port of the cyclone separator, they enter the air shutter and then enter the feeding port of the powder screening machine. The main shaft of the powder screening machine drives the winch shaft to automatically feed, and at the same time drives the guide plate to push the powder forward. Qualified fine powder is collected in the receiving bag through the sieve, and unqualified coarse powder is returned to the pulverizer through the return pipe for further crushing. The whole machine is equipped with a dust removal system, and the ultrafine powder during the crushing process is collected by the dust removal system to improve the yield. The air discharged by the induced draft fan is clean air, achieving a dust-free operating environment.
