GW type high-efficiency dynamic pellet dryerWorking principle of the group: The pellet drying unit is mainly composed of (primary filter), (medium filter), (high-efficiency filter), induced draft device, air supply device, high-precision and high-sensitivity temperature and humidity sensor, and electrical intelligent control system.

The equipment draws clean air into the heater through the induced draft device, heats the air temperature to the set temperature required by the process, and blows it into the air chamber. The hot air passes through the small holes of the rotary drum and enters the rotary drum to dynamically balance energy with the pellets. In a short period of time, the pellets are dried. The dried waste heat air is purified by the primary filter and enters the blower. A humid air discharge valve is installed at the outlet of the blower to regulate the circulation system and fully utilize the waste heat to improve thermal efficiency. The rotary drum is made of an orifice plate with small holes. The rotary drum can move forward and backward under the drive of the driving device. The speed of the rotary drum can be controlled by frequency conversion. The material enters the rotary drum from the feeding port at the front end of the rotary drum. There are multiple guide plates inside the rotary drum. The dried pellets are discharged from the discharge port at the back end of the rotary drum under the pushing force of the guide plates.

Being able to set suitable drying conditions, the temperature, humidity, and air volume for each drying stage can be freely set, so ideal drying products can be obtained. The device is small and has a large processing capacity. It uses a blower to send a large amount of dry hot air, and the dried material can be loaded into between 30% and 40% of the drum volume. Due to the rotation of the drum, the material is dried while in motion, with uniform heating, fast drying speed, complete material, and high yield. In addition, due to the large air supply volume, even at low temperatures, high drying can be achieved. Simple structure, easy maintenance, management, and convenient cleaning.
