During use, its working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure.
During normal use, there should be at least 3 minutes of low-pressure start-up time to gradually increase the pressure to the working pressure.
After running for some time, the 3 titanium rod filter may experience pressure increase and flow decrease due to clogged filter elements, requiring backwashing or backwashing regeneration. The regeneration cycle depends on the rated pressure and flow rate.

Flip filter
Traditional flip filters belong to flip structures. The cylinder is equipped with a bracket and can be flipped 180 degrees. It can be cleaned thoroughly to avoid cross contamination.
New titanium rod filter
The new titanium rod filter has changed the traditional flip type structure, making it easier and faster to install and remove the filter without dismantling the pipeline.
Titanium rod cleaning:
After a period of use, titanium rod filter cartridges will experience varying degrees of blockage, resulting in a decrease in flow rate and an increase in pressure at the front end of the filter, such as from below 0.2MPa to above 0.3MPa. At this time, the filter cartridge needs to be cleaned, and there are generally several cleaning methods:
For newly used filter cartridges, the method of backwashing with clean water and blowing back with gas is generally used for cleaning, that is, using water slightly higher than the working pressure (such as 0.3mPa) to inject water in the opposite direction for cleaning. The recoil time is about 1-3 minutes.
When the filtration effect does not significantly improve after multiple backwashs, a nitric acid solution of less than 5% or a NaOH solution of less than 10% can be used to soak at room temperature, and then rinse with clean water.
