　The flat CT specialty is used to detect and analyze the internal quality and structural condition of plate-shaped structural components, and is suitable for PCB boards, BGA、SMT， Quality assessment and analysis of integrated chips and other devices and processing techniques. Reconstruct three-dimensional tomographic images of the scanning area, achieve spatial localization of defects in plate-shaped devices, and reverse generate CAD designs for circuit boards.
