Product Features

2. The shell is processed from high-quality domestic steel plates and coated with baking paint on the surface, which is beautiful and durable.

3. The inner box and turntable are all made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate to ensure long-term use without rusting.

4. Box type structure; Comes with a built-in water tank for circulating water; Automatic water inlet control and low water level alarm detection effectively prevent the water pump from running out of water and causing damage.

5. There is a transparent observation window (made of tempered glass material) on the door, and LED lighting is installed inside the box for easy observation of internal testing conditions.

6. Four fan-shaped nozzles are evenly distributed vertically within 90 degrees on the right side of the box, designed and manufactured strictly according to standards.

7. Rotary table drive: using high-quality domestic stepper motors, the speed can be set on the touch screen (adjustable).

8. This test chamber adopts an original Italian imported water pump, which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, can be used for a long time, and has stable performance.

9. The testing time can be set on the touch screen, with a range of 0-999 minutes (adjustable).

10. The core control system adopts a 7-inch touch screen and Panasonic PLC, and the electrical components are imported brands such as LS and Omron. The wiring process meets national standards, the electrical board layout is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the labeling is clear.
