Detection principle:
Principle of fluoride determination: Developed and designed according to the HJ488-2009 "Determination of fluoride in water quality - Fluorine reagent spectrophotometric method" standard, fluoride ions react with fluoride reagent and lanthanum nitrate in an acetate buffer medium with a pH of 4.1 to form a blue ternary complex, which is then compared by colorimetric method. After calculation by a microcomputer chip, the fluoride content (calculated as F -) is directly displayed.
