Food factory water treatment equipmentProduct Introduction:

The requirements of the food and beverage industry for water quality: The water used in the food and beverage industry usually requires pre treated purified water or purified water, with a conductivity usually below 10uS/cm.

Meets the GB5749-2006 standard for drinking water hygiene, CJ94-1999 standard for drinking water purification, and GB17324-2003 standard for bottle (barrel) drinking purified water hygiene.

Product Features:

The food and beverage industry is a conscientious industry for the nation. With the increasing pollution and people's urgent pursuit of health, stricter requirements have been put forward for the food and beverage industry. Ordinary municipal tap water or underground deep well water is no longer sufficient to meet people's needs. The country has gradually formed a comprehensive regulatory system for the food and beverage industry, including the establishment of enterprises, production processes, and finished product inspections. We are now implementing a food hygiene license system (QS certification) for many food and all beverage industries, which requires purified water, usually pure water, to be used for both process and finished water.

Food factory water treatment equipmentScope of application:

The so-called pure water is defined by some as a type of drinking water that is virus-free, free of any suspended solids and soluble salts, and has removed various organic and inorganic chemical pollutants.

Its characteristic is sweet and mellow water that meets hygiene standards and can be consumed without boiling. Nowadays, purified water is widely used for domestic water, industrial production water, sanitation water, food and beverage distillery water, agricultural production water, electroplating and coating water, electronic power, textile and papermaking water, and so on. An important criterion for measuring pure water is conductivity (i.e. the ability of water to conduct electricity). The more impurity ions are present in water, the higher its conductivity (the ionized H+and OH - ions in water can also make it conductive). The distilled water we often refer to is pure water processed by distillation. Purified drinking water refers to water that meets the hygiene standards for drinking water and is processed using distillation, deionization, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, and other appropriate methods to remove minerals, organic components, harmful impurities, and microorganisms from the water. It is free of additives (excluding ozone) and can be consumed directly.
