The combination of plate heat exchangers with other components ensures that the cooling or heating rate of our freeze dryer reaches 1 º C/min.
The valve between the drying oven and condenser enables pressure rise testing and thermal control, optimizing the process itself. This valve also allows for direct loading and unloading of products without defrosting when the condenser is not fully loaded. The refrigeration system can achieve a condenser temperature of -80 º C and a laminate temperature of -50 º C, using HFC gas to prevent environmental pollution and ensure long-term use.
Flexible applications
By using a pressure plug device, it is easy to adjust the spacing between the layers, so it can be applied to bottles of various capacities, sizes, or types. Excellent quality, outstanding craftsmanship
The shelves of the drying oven are all made of stainless steel AISI 316L, and the internal design fully considers the cleanliness requirements of the product.
The condenser is also made of AISI 316 L and equipped with an electric quick defrosting device. Both the drying oven and condenser are equipped with transparent acrylic doors for easy observation.
Accurate control and uniform temperature
Sandwich style laminated board with heat transfer liquid circulation channels inside, achieving product pre freezing and sublimation through this structure. There is a radiation layer board at the top to ensure uniform heat transfer among all layers. Usually, the vacuum sensor used in the development of dynamic dryers is installed in the vacuum pipeline, and the measured vacuum is the vacuum degree in the pipeline rather than the actual vacuum degree in the drying oven. LYOBETA's vacuum sensor is installed in the drying oven to measure the actual vacuum level of the product, resulting in the best detection effect.
Fully automatic PLC control, user-friendly interface
The main new feature of the LYOBETA series freeze-drying machine is the use of PLC instead of the microprocessor commonly used in traditional models of this type. The PLC system is used in all industrial models to ensure the reliability and repeatability of the process, making the equipment fully compliant with cGPL specifications.
The control of freeze-drying function through human-machine interface (HMI) mainly includes:

The data and charts are displayed on a 6-inch touch screen, which can be accessed from the main interface to various different interfaces.
As an option, this device can also be connected to different peripherals such as chart recorders, printers, and PCs. By connecting to the PC, you can use both the original operating interface and the Windows interface for direct operation.
