It is very effective for analyzing samples when the bare silicone gel retention is too strong. On the contrary, under the conditions of using highly polar mobile phases such as methanol and water, it exhibits retention properties of reverse phase chromatography.

Application areas:

Protein, cholesterol, catechins, used for supercritical chromatography, etc.
