Power on220V(Note that the motor direction should be consistent with the indicated arrow direction), turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on.

1) Turn on the heater switch (turn it up), next to the temperature controller is smallONThe indicator light is on, indicating preheating of the squeezing chamber. The preheating temperature can be set on the temperature controller. If the set value is110ºCNote:110ºCThe temperature suitable for sesame pressing varies depending on the indoor and outdoor environment of different raw materials. Do not touch the reinforcement ring of the press chamber with your hands during preheating to avoid burning your hands.

2) Material injection: When the preheating temperature reaches the set temperature (the indicator light on the temperature controller panel will change from green to red),OFFWhen the small light is on, open the upper panel, put in a cotton pad, and stir fry at a certain temperature120ºCInject the left and right oil into the squeezing chamber, which can be injected at once1KgThen put in cotton pads and iron plates. If the temperature of the pressed material is low or the material is relatively small, then put the material into a cloth bag and put it into the pressing chamber. Do not put hard objects such as metal or stones into the press chamber during injection to avoid damaging the press chamber.

3) Oil pressing process: After loading, turn the upper plate back directly above until it cannot be rotated. Set the squeezing pressure, such as15MpaRaise the pressure relief lever to the highest position. Then activate the control panel switch againONAt this time, the hydraulic system is working, and the oil cylinder plunger rises, starting to squeeze the oil. Oil will flow out around the squeezing chamber. The pressure gauge on the control panel indicates the real-time hydraulic system pressure (the safe pressing pressure of this machine is)30MPa). The squeezed oil flows into the left or right oil receiving platform through the guide plate. When the pressure value indicated by the pressure gauge reaches the set pressure value, the working motor will stop working (i.e. the hydraulic system will stop working), and when the system pressure decreases(Less than the set value)At this time, the working motor will automatically start, which can maintain the required pressure unchanged! maintain5After minutes (depending on the specific situation), press the control panel to complete the pressing processOFFTurn off the motor and press down on the pressure relief lever, causing the oil cylinder plunger to move downwards (there is no need to fully remove it, as long as the upper pressure plate can be opened). Open the upper pressure plate, turn it to the appropriate position (as long as it does not hinder the extraction of slag from the chamber), and then lift the pressure relief lever to the highest position. Then press the control panel againONPress the button to start the motor, and the hydraulic system will work. The oil cylinder plunger will rise, and the oil residue will be pushed out from the upper opening of the squeezing chamber. After removing the oil residue, press the control panelOFFTurn off the motor and press down on the pressure relief lever, causing the oil cylinder plunger to move downwards (until the plunger reaches the bottom). At this point, the next loading and pressing can be carried out.

4) Shutdown process: Turn off the working motor and heater, filter the extracted oil, and then turn off all power sources
