The semi-automatic capsule filling machine is a new type of pharmaceutical packaging machinery with a novel structure and beautiful appearance. It adopts electrical and pneumatic joint control, is equipped with electronic automatic counting device and speed control device, and can respectively complete the actions of capsule positioning, separation, filling, locking, etc., replacing manual filling, reducing labor intensity, improving production efficiency, accurate filling dosage, and meeting pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
This machine consists of components such as a capsule feeding and turning separation mechanism, a drug filling mechanism, a locking mechanism, a variable frequency speed regulation mechanism, pneumatic and electrical control systems, protective devices, as well as vacuum pumps and air pump accessories.
Both domestically produced and imported mechanism capsules are applicable, with a finished product qualification rate of over 97%.

Capsule filling machine panel process:
There is a groove for storing materials on the panel of the semi-automatic capsule filling machine. We did not use welding technology, but invested in the research and development of hydraulic stretching molds. We used a 2000 ton hydraulic press to stretch and shape the product in one go.
