Working Principle:

1. The strip making part sends the evenly mixed medicine into the tray, allowing the medicine to enter the material box. Under the rotation and compression of the pressure plate shaft, it enters the pushing body. Under the compression of the screw propeller, the medicine is made into multiple medicine strips with the same diameter through the strip cutting plate.

2. In the pill making process, multiple pills are made from sliced pieces and fed into the pill making knife through a guide wheel to separate the pieces. The pill making knife continuously moves back and forth while also rotating relative to each other to produce uniform pills.

3. The alcohol supply section injects 95 ° medical alcohol into the alcohol barrel, flows through the alcohol channel to the alcohol connector, and flows out through the alcohol nozzle to lubricate the pill making knife, making it non stick to the medicine. It is advisable to control the amount of alcohol and minimize the amount of non stick pill making knife.

4. The electrical control part of this machine uses a 380V (or AC 220V), 50HZ three-phase four wire power supply. The electric heating and indicator light circuits are supplied by the control transformer, with voltages of 36V and 24V respectively.
