The DSGXC series fully automatic rotary oscillator is a liquid-liquid extraction device used in chemical laboratories. At present, in domestic laboratories, shaking extraction or hand cranking extraction with a separating leak head is commonly used for liquid-liquid chemical extraction. These two methods are both cumbersome, have low extraction efficiency, and require high labor intensity. Moreover, the organic solvents used during apple extraction can also cause physical harm to the experimenters.

This product operates in a fully automatic mode and consists of three main parts: an extraction bottle, an adjustable frequency motor, and a time control system. Its working principle is to rotate the extractant back and forth from top to bottom and then from bottom to top in the extraction bottle through a variable frequency motor, so that the extractant can fully combine with the water sample and collide vigorously, while rotating and oscillating to achieve complete extraction. At the same time, the entire extraction is completed in a closed extraction bottle, completely solving the problem of reagent evaporation, making the extraction results more stable and reliable, and the extraction data real and reliable.
The DSGXC series can be widely used for extraction of surface water, tap water, industrial wastewater, and domestic sewage. For example, the extraction of substances such as oil, volatile phenols, anions, etc. from water bodies.
