The ZF series scraper self-cleaning filter (referred to as scraper filter) automatically removes particle impurities on the surface of the filter element through efficient mechanical scraping. It can continuously filter online without producing filter consumables or requiring manual cleaning, and is suitable for general high viscosity liquid impurities.
Compared to traditional manual cleaning filters, frequent clogging occurs when filtering viscous materials and soft impurities, forcing customers to choose larger filters or perform frequent backwashing, resulting in high investment, heavy workload, and serious material waste. ZF filters can easily solve such problems by keeping the filter element clean during filtration, effectively discharging waste liquids, and minimizing material waste; ZF self-cleaning filters are gradually replacing manual filters: bag, core, vibrating screen, basket filters, and some backwash self-cleaning filters.
ZF self-cleaning filters are divided into three series: ZF1 motor-driven scraper rotation, scraping off impurities on the inner surface of the filter element; ZF2 cylinder drives the scraper to move up and down, scraping off impurities on the inner surface of the filter element; ZF3 motor drives the scraper to rotate and remove impurities on the outer surface of the filter element; These 3 series of filters are suitable for various occasions and meet the different filtration requirements of customers.
